What. Is. Up.
It’s been a hot minute since I last posted anything! So sorry about the extended hiatus. My brain was persistently frazzled from working as a chef in a retail store. Now that that’s over, I’m back and feeling fresh. My noggin is overflowing with ideas and I’ve struck out on my own as a chef, caterer, cooking instructor, whathaveyou. It’s both terrifying and exciting at the same time.
To boot, I am also going full throttle with the blog again! Super excited. I’ll be back to posting recipes, photos, videos, and how-to’s as soon as I go to the grocery store. So here’s where I ask for feedback: if there is anything you are dying to know about in the 2013 (in regards to food, obviously), post it in the comments! I also want to start a Q&A feature, so any particular food and culinary questions, leave ’em too. Even if I don’t know the answer, I will research. I am an intrepid googler.
