Begrudgingly, A Bell Pepper Post

So if you know me, you know that I hate bell peppers with the fire of a thousand suns.  They are gross.  But, my sentiments are (unfortunately) not echoed worldwide, so I am going to make a post on how to cleanly cut up a pepper.  The same technique can be used for any number of large peppers, like anaheims or poblanos.

I got out the Canon today, so the picture quality is vastly improved from yesterday.  However, I had to hold the camera with one hand and pose with the other, so no-two handed shots.  Apply the same finger tuck/knife-holding techniques I pointed out here.

I tried to write the captions with as little vitriol as possible, but I think I failed.  Don’t get me wrong, I don’t judge those of you who enjoy bell peppers.  Not at all.  Not one little bit…

P.S.  If the knife I am using seems a little daunting, this is a great veggie on which to use your paring knife,  particularly on the interior clean-up parts.
