Here I am, going against everything I thought I stood for, and starting a food blog. It seemed like a good idea until I realized that CSS is super confusing. Anyway, as soon as I get my camera out of mothballs and take a shower, I’ll start posting whatever little nuggets of wisdom and deliciousness that I can muster up.
Here is how I imagine this working: I get a lot of questions at work about very specific, technical cooking techniques that are really hard to describe without being able to have some sort of visual device. I thought a personal blog might be a good way to address some of these questions as well as being an outlet for me to post new recipes, places I like to eat, and just general tomfoolery. Also, I probably will post some stuff about music because I just can’t help myself.
So, welcome, bear with me, and enjoy. My first post will probably be about onions, so put your goggles on.
